I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Knowledge and Information Systems Management from University of Stellenbosch obtained 2017. I also have a http://www.******.*** in Library and Information Studies from Durban University of Technology obtained 2007. I have experience in implementation of Knowledge Management strategies for plus minus 7 years now in various companies, e.g. corporate and government organisations. Prior to my career in knowledge management I have done information management where I learned to do cataloguing, information retrieval using various databases, collection development, etc. Part of my current duties at City of Johannesburg include doing case studies to document lessons from various projects, knowledge harvesting to prevent loss of critical institutional knowledge, training knowledge champions to facilitate the culture of knowledge sharing and learning, using sharepoint to store key institutional knowledge for easy retrieval.
