Some of the highlights of my career are as follows; • Improving processes for MTN Point of presence resulting in a revenue jump from R250K to R1,8M per month in 2007. • Securing a R5Billion contract with SA Telecommunication incumbent operator on VSAT (Satelite technology) 2010 • Overseeing the expansion of Viettel (Vietnamese telecommunications Operator) into Africa starting with Mozambique, followed by Tanzania etc with revenue of $55M to $168M annually 2012, 2013 • Managing & growing a telco training academy CTech Academy 2017 form R1M to R3,5 in its first year. 2017, 2018. I have learned the skill of agility having worked in very challenging conditions. I'm also familiar with cross-functional teams and remote working, having worked for a multi-national telcom OEM heading up sales in different countries in SADC region. My career has helped hone my business development skill, keeping abreast with technology and different business models of addressing different markets (whatever the challenges of that market may be). I believe the ability to identify stakeholders; build quick rapport with them has served to advance my productivity in my career in that it shortens time to market and the sale cycle significantly. Clear negotiation skills and the ability to pick up on any competitive intelligence also help shape the success of any business transaction. Thus ensure the realization of organisational targets and objectives.
