Duties assigned to me at Commrisk Insurance Brokers: • Claim handler assistance with Cape Town branch claims. - Sent a claim to correct the claim handler to be resisted. - Follow up on the commrisk claim handle as well as the insurer claim handle. - Follow up with the insured for any requested documents by the insurer. - Do follow up on assessors/ vehicle mechanics and house fixers. - Attach all relevant communications on a flexi system. • Underwriting assistance. - Retrieve vehicle valuation from Santam and OMI system. - Find clients' claim and loss ratio. - Send Pre-renewals to clients in the behalf of the underwriter - Request for quote with email or with telecon from different insurers. - Request for updated schedules of the insured from insurers - Attach all correspondence on flexi. • Secretary assistance. - Draft meeting assistance. - Book meeting for AE`s with insured / clients. - Answer incoming calls. - Assist AE`s with their administrations. - Attach and note all relevant communications on the flexi system.
