My name is Zikhona Mbaku. I’m a bubbly and outgoing person. I am always willing to learn new things. I like to meet new people and try out new things so basically I am spontaneous. My hobbies include traveling, watching documentaries and I love being on the internet as well I chose a call centre because I like to challenge myself and I adapt quickly to change. I’m also customer oriented, patient and a good listener . I always deliver the best service because I put myself in every customer’s shoes and helping gives me satisfaction.
