Good day My name is Zanele Yolanda Dyosi. I am a young bubbly,outgoing, ambitious and hardworking young lady who enjoys interacting with customers and growing client relations. Meeting new people of diverse races,nations and nationality has always had me excited and eager to work in Tourism/Sales Industry. I studied tourism as a way to get more skills on working with people,worked as a part time waitress right through high school and college, which did wonders for my customer skills. My job as a hotel receptionist however is what sealed the deal when it came to showing and seeing my capabilities on how to deal with and serve customers and approach any problems head on leaving both the customer and myself happy and at ease.
