An HR & Business Leader: I would describe my leadership style as Driven By Vision: when I can’t see the bigger picture, I become stagnant. My approach in serving my clients is working with their desired end from the beginning thus enabling execution with precision in partnership with them. My personal leadership qualities have been enhanced by the environments I have served. With these leadership qualities, I have served teams (both as a business owner and employee) in the following ways: . Trusted Advisor: I have had the pleasure of helping leaders to drive & shape their organization’s visions. My secret is that I first understand the business and its needs, ask the right questions, and listen intentionally without wanting to “showcase my solutions” but to help solve their problems. With this approach, I have built trust and have been able to help facilitate successful leadership engagements. Mobilize teams: team alignment through diagnosis fast tracks mobilization. Collaborate: as an HR Professional my role is always an enabler of business outcomes, therefore collaboration is the methodology for execution. Drive: my passion is getting things done in a methodical yet agile manner; this ensures that teams achieve their set out goals. . Client Focused . Although I am in HR, I love all things business. As such, my nature has always been to partner with my clients to ensure their goals are met. Often times HR can be seen as a “doorkeeper” and as much as we are guided by policy and laws, the question still needs to be answered “How can we achieve the set goal” for our clients? . The focus I serve with is: how can we achieve the goal(s) set, not how we can’t. My ethos is to serve the business. .
