I am highly skilled in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts. I am also a qualified Australian solicitor and was sworn in as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2018. I have experience in private practice and as in - house legal counsel. I am currently the director of a legal consultancy focusing on both local and ad hoc international legal matters. I provide labour and commercial legal advice to SME's and financial services companies. I also provide bespoke legal advice to individuals on business ventures and contracts.
