I am a recent graduate from University of Fort Hare. I have finished my Bachelor’s degree in Geology and Geographic Information System As a recent graduate, I am looking forward to applying my skills in a practical setting. I have enjoyed the field practical of my degree immensely and I am keen to work in diverse and remote locations. Having completed a variety of exploration projects in the field, I have developed a comprehensive understanding of geological and the collection field data and write detailed reports. This has stimulated interest in all aspects of mining and resources processes, including underground exploration, open pit, drilling and exploration design. Through the field works and projects I had in my final semester, I learned how to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team in order to accomplish a common goal. I have gained excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to solve problems and handle challenging situations. My skills include ArcMap, QGIS, ArcGIS, and MS Office.
