In my recent experiences as a Junior Business Analyst at Nuroc, I gained hands-on exposure to reporting, strategy initiatives, pitch preparation, and client meetings. During my time at The National Consumer Tribunal, both in a job shadowing capacity and as a Junior Information Technology Officer(intern), I honed my skills in SQL scripting, C# development, business requirements documentation, code documentation, testing, and technical support. Additionally, I am proficient in a range of technical tools including SQL, SSRS, SSIS, SSAS, SSMS, Power BI, and ETL processes. My educational background, including a Diploma in ICT Business Analysis from Durban University of Technology and relevant certifications such as SQL Server Reporting Services, SQL Server Integration Services, SQL Server Analysis Services, T-SQL, and Power BI Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft, provide a strong foundation for my technical competencies. Moreover, my experience has developed my soft skills in cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and continuous learning.
