My skills/ qualities are, hardworking, extremely neat and tidy, very friendly, I am able to multitask, I am a fast learner, I also work well in a team and individually, I am very determined and goal orientated and I have exceptional organizational skills. I am proficient in Microsoft office; outlook, word, excel, PowerPoint. I also have good knowledge in the use of google docs, PowerPoint and more. I have developed these skills through my work experience by handling designated tasks that was given to me, In Change Management you have to be fast on your feet and dynamic to handle innovative practices to harness new skills in the workplace to help employees prosper and accept the future and that is exactly what I was.
