I have 18 years' experience in the HR Field. My experience includes working in the following industries: Manufacturing, Distribution Centres, FMCG, Textile and SOE. I have dealt with a variety of trade unions including NUMSA, FAWU, SACTWU, SACWU, UASA, SAMWU, and NUFAWSA. I have extensive knowledge in representing companies that I have worked for at the CCMA and Bargaining Councils like MEIBC and the Bargaining Council for Furniture Manufacturers. I can also chair disciplinary hearings. I have handled over 80 cases at the CCMA and my success rate in winning cases is 98%. I have also experience in handling Section 189 of the LRA and I have also negotiated wages. I have experience in writing Personnel Policies and Procedures, which include Disciplinary Policies and Procedures. I have extensive HR Generalist experience including Talent Acquisition, HR Administration, Performance Management, Compliance and Training and Development.
