I am an experienced Hr specialist with over 10 years of experience. I am an organized, energetic, critical thinker and creative with relevant experience and exposure in human ana labour relations. I am a legal graduate, Bachelor’s Degree (LLB), I have certificate in Human Resource management (HRM) with the University of Cape Town. I attended the school for legal practice and received training in the application of law, presentation of facts in a court of law and the importance of familiarising and keeping to date with current law. In my previous position I managed a portfolio of over 200 employees. My key responsibilities were 360 recruitment, policy and procedure drafting, misconduct management, chairing of disciplinary hearings, conflict resolution, training and development and employee engagement.
