I am 24 year old male whose self driven and goal driven. In 3 years in Transport specifically coal hauling, I have had to deal with with drivers. Which require good communication skills as I was the link between them and top management. One of my duties as head fleet administrator was to ensure that my subordinates are also in line with goal Management would like to achieve that also requires me to be specific in my communication to them,only a good leader can listen and also delicate some tasks for the best outcome. Our biggest client was Eskom I handled all PODS requests from the client no task would be left undone. I later on got recognized by management and was promoted to operations supervisor where responsibilities increased. I performed well under pressure. I am eager to learn and gain experience within logistics.
