I am a strong believer in respecting my superiors. I also show respect to my colleagues I work with. I was brought up to always be respectful to anybody I meet no matter who they may be or what job title the person might hold. I had to live by myself from a young age which has taught me how to be very independent so I am able to complete tasks by myself without having to ask too many questions or seek out help but at the same time I am never afraid to ask for help or questions if necessary for me to get ahead and continue with the task set out for me. My biggest strength must be that I am a great team player and always willing to assist anyone who may need help and I am confident in stepping up to be a leader when necessary while working as a team. Criticism is always welcomed when coming to my work as I like my work to be as professional as possible as to try and make sure for the best results possible for my work. I am also very easy to approach and like talking to new people, very easy to also get along with.
