I have 10 years’ experience in the credit department, working with 3rd party distributors and sales. I have held various roles in the credit space being a clerk to team leader and now coordinator which has also given me an oppoturnity to learn and grow. I have learnt frontline duties, customer service, customer support, telephonic skills, client satisfaction and protocol to enforce them ethically without liability. I have sharpened my organising skills, attention to detail and ability to work with speed and accuracy.
