I am passionate about project execution and people leadership with hard working, self-motivated, deadline drive traits. My vast experience at different level of management reporting and communication skills has been at the center of my career for the past 10 years. I have completed an executive Management Advance Program (MAP) and Post graduate Diploma in Business Admin (PDBA) and now enrolled in MBA with Wits Business School, which has broaden my understanding of how strategy, operations, HR, Finance and Business simulation can create a competitive advantage for a company if well executed. This coupled with my extensive project environment exposure and having been exposed to PRINCE2 methodology course, which is broken down into Foundation and Practitioner level, with an emphasis on how Projects in a Controlled Environment should be executed and delivered successfully, has given me the right skills and knowledge to make informed decision and equipped me to execute my work successfully. The key skill of my previous and current positions is attention to details, analytical skill, good business acumen, commercial awareness and the ability to explain Financial information to Non-Financial people, which I have executed well. Working under pressure, multi-tasking and being able to see the end result of a job well done, is what gets me going and motivated.
