I am a highly motivated and progress-focused IT Engineer with a long-standing background in this industry. I have always had natural problem-solving skills, and working in this industry is the perfect job for my skill set. When I was a little boy I was always fascinated by technology and I knew it was going to be my field of work. I consider myself privileged to be working and possess expertise within a field that I am passionate about. Helping clients solve technical issues and knowing that I've had a positive impact on someone’s day is highly rewarding and motivating to me. At First Technology as well as at the companies I worked for, I specialized in helping customers resolve a wide variety of technical issues. Over the course of my 20 years’ employment, I received high ratings from clients, and I helped increase customer satisfaction. I was one of a select group of techs who were available to assist customers online, in person and over the telephone. I enjoy building a relationship with each client and ensuring that they receive the ultimate customer support. I possess various IT certificates and try to ensure that I remain up to date with the latest technical services.
