The Highlights of my experience as a personal Assistant in the last 3 years include: Set up and continuous development of systems for and implementation and/or oversight of a wide range of all executive administrative support functions for the Director. This includes respectively, managing calendars and scheduling, managing requests and communications, organising logistics, scheduling travel arrangements and set up and management of meetings, minute taking and chairing of meetings, managing coordination, correspondence, tracking Director’s workplans, collating information for narrative reports, drafting Director’s budgets and preparing reconciliations on Director’s expenditure, set up and management of Information systems; Excellence in communication and the development of a good organisational culture including facilitating meaningful and respectful communication reporting, filing systems, and special event/project oversight. Liaising between the Director and people at all levels and structures and both internally and externally. This includes with senior managers, board members, members & partners, middle management, and all staff. I am capable in, helping to maintain open lines of communication and strengthen consensus building. Handling complex financial matters, including invoice preparation, travel expenses, and reconciliation.
