I am currently working as Bookkeeper and Payroll administrator My duties and Responsibilities are :- • Capturing Bank Statements on Quickbooks, Xero Online Accounting, Sage One Pastel • Raising Customer / Supplier Invoices in the books • Raising Salaries Journals • Preparation and sending of management accounts • Dealing with clients queries via email/ Phone • Preparation of Final TB • Keeping record / Maintaining Fixed asset register • Payroll processing weekly & Monthly • Sending out payroll reports and payslips to clients • Submission of EMP201 and EMP 501 • Distribution of IRP’s to clients • UIF Declaration • Preparation of UIF forms • Adding new / removing employees off the payroll • Individual tax calculations • Submission of Individual Tax • Company Tax Calculations • Scanning
