I’m an experienced, resourceful and effective Sales Manager who is currently managing a Hybrid Sales team looking after a team that consists of 10 Sales People (7 Account Managers and 3 Sales Reps). I’m a resourceful Leader adept to implementing sales programs within the sales and marketing field in order to achieve targets and KPI’s. I’m creative at integrating strategies to develop new and existing customers, sales, brand and getting the buy in of customers/clients on new products also known as our NPD’s. As a manager of a hybrid team my market comprises of a variety of channels: L&T; (which is predominately our main market e.g. (Spaza Shops, General dealers, Supermarkets), Grocery; this is basically all your grocery stores (Shoprite, Spar, Pick n Pay, Boxer, USave and Choppies), On Premise; e.g.(KFC, Nandos, Debonnairs, Fish aways, Spur, Galitos, ect), PFM; e.g. (Sasol, Total, Engen, Caltex fresh stop) and Liquor e.g (Pircadi Rebel, Liquor city ect) and this exposure has enabled be to be a better Manager through understanding the importance of executing every channel according to maximize Sales and fight competitors for market share.
