I was part of facilitation teams for various facilitated turnaround / restructuring projects; achieving WCM Bronze and Silver status in record times; received Operational Excellence award for ArcelorMittal. Specific systems I developed was an idea management system; KPI management system, management systems to ensure a proper PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle which included Outlook master calendars and a SharePoint navigation platform to bring everything together for easier optimisation.
