I am a highly motivated and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor looking for new opportunities for growth in the Gauteng and surrouding areas. My strengths are among others root cause analysis, Asset management and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organisation. When I commenced duty at Tronox, I came from a backgound steel manufacturing and brewing hence it was my first position in the mining field. Due to extremely hard work and my well known tenacity, I was promoted to the position of my direct report within 18 months of employment. I have proven myself to be capable to not only be an effective leader with the strength of technical knowledge due to the fact that I came through the ranks from mechanician stage, but also as an absolute asset to any organisation which gives me the opportunity to be challenged in the position which i am appointed. My family are currently living in Randburg, whilst I am still residing in Vredendal hence my jobhunt in the area as I would like to be close to them again.
