I believe in team work it brings the best solution out of a problem. I am a junior farm manager where temporarily where I'm at currently but I believe in order to learn more, one needs to associate themselves with a lot of different minds and learning new farming ways to combine them to bring the best and efficient solution to the problem... Hard work and enthusiasm in farming is what makes me the best in the job.
