I am a highly technical and agile person. I work hard to improve processes and engage various stakeholders to assist in process improvement with the aim of streamlining the business and internal procedures to benefit not only the company and its employees but also the end-user, the clients. I believe my experience in both the public and private sectors gives me an abundance of knowledge to the role and i will be an asset to the team. This is my biggest strength as i am capable of dealing with various stakeholders and any obstacles that might get in the way of the success of the project. I always ensure that whatever problem is brought to myself is worked on timorously as time is money in the economic environment we are in currently and also help make the crucial decisions that enables management to make critical calls within their own teams to improve their own processes and i would also avail myself to assist with training to the team. I also have experience as both a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, IT Business Consultant & Test Analyst. I can manage the workload effectively and deliver software that will exceed expectations due these skills. I am also well trained with interacting and training the users on any system and assist with any change management or support related issues.
