I am a young chef with a burning passion for food and cooking in general and consider my self an all rounder in the kitchen. I was trained in a 5 star hotel and went on to work in that very same hotel, namely the Intercontinental O.R Tambo Hotel. I was trained in pastry at the Christina Martin Culinary Arts Studio and Platternberg bay Hotel for 6 months. at some stage in my career I was recognized for my talent and invited to try being part of the South African Culinary Olympic team . All in all I am a hard working, dedicated and passionate Chef.
