I'm a dedicated individual, learnt everything I know I learnt it in the kitchen. Was trained by a multiple dedicated chefs. I have worked with the South African embassy in Italy 2016 and 2017. For the South African food, wine and music festival. Under the leadership of Chef Sacha Kingston and ambassador Nomathemba Thambo. Since I started working in 2007 I have pushed myself to learn just about everything a chef needs to know. And I'm still willing to learn even more.
