Attending to and treating extremely sick patients who are demanding and unaccepting of specific tolerances and situations has encouraged an attitude of dignity, respect and integrity and to learn effective communication within the means of difficult and or rather delicate situations. Working at an internationally recognized Car Hire Company Europcar, has facilitated a mastery of international communication skills with language barriers – both with corporate and VIP high demand customers. From a young age, I was naturally goal orientated, strategic and driven to succeed which served to fuel my passions. Becoming a rotary student and travelling to a foreign country, living with a foreign family and language taught me to be brave, enduring and resilient, by not giving up and being confident in my own strengths, whilst learning that it’s okay to make oneself vulnerable. My current role as a portfolio manager has shaped me tremendously as an individual. Working in Sectional Title Management as a portfolio manager has strengthened my communication skills, financial management skills and instilled an even more dedicated work ethic to balance time management and prioritising. I began within this industry as an admin Friday girl and worked my way up over the past 4 years into senior portfolio management currently managing 29 body corporates, HOA’s and corporate parks. My ability to connect with people in a meaningful way, understanding their specific needs, renders me as an invaluable brand representative. My supportive leadership style establishes trust among colleagues/clients, knowing they have someone on their side, as well as creating an ideal working and learning environment.
