I am passionate about quantifying the value HR has within the corporate world. I am passionate about adding value be that through changing and adapting administrative duties, to assisting in our Graduate Program, running training programs or simply handling progressive disciplinary procedures. I love a challenge, and being involved in new and developing strategies to grow the organisation and the employees. Having me on your team, ensures reliability, loyalty and open communication. I am a firm believer in acknowledging the efforts of the team I am working within and the value of each member. Holistically we achieve more, than I could individually.
