Good Day I am 48 years old only worked at 3 companies sofar. Started as a student working at Libriger Book Distributors, Admin/Marketing Clerk. Received my Business Computing Diploma form FS TECHNICON (CUT) in 1994. Worked there for 3years Started at Wesbank/FNB in December of 1995 worked for the bank till September 1999. Did numerous bank exams, worked at Finance, Debtors also did work in FNB at Ledgers, Became a debtor Supervisor in FI WESBANK during 1999-2000. Started at Comp Import System (half day Job) who became Mustek LTD since February 2000 took a year of having my 3rd son went back to Mustek till February 2017. I worked under numerous Branch managers and Provincial Managers. In 2010 I became assisting office manager and in 2013 Office Manager. I was Responsible all staff in both Branches Free State and Northern Cape. We went thru numerous retrenchments. Staff was approximately 60 and came down to 20 in Bloemfontein and 10 in Kimberley just before year end 2014. I can work under pressure with no doubt. I started as a debtor clerk/ receptionist, later on also did creditors, became administrative as well as technical manager in 2006, became office manager in 2010. Did the daily registers, HR, Managed Sales Staff, Technicians and administrative task. Petty Cash, Customer service etc. I was responsible for branches Free state and Northern Cape. Did sales projections, debtors, staff, CCMA, HR admin for the company till I left. I am dedicated to my family and my work. Are married to a lawyer Pieter Joubert and have 3 adorable sons in my life ages 21, 19 and my baby of 14 years. Will like to be flexibly to be there for my son Eben who is still in school. I can multitask and rise early can start at 07:00 daily, I can also work flexi times Became a stayed at home mom in February 2018 (retrenched) all administrative/office manager obligations were done directly form Johannesburg.
