I started my recipe development journey at Vrouekeur in 2004 as food assistant where I tested recipes in their test kitchen. I was a food assistant at Vrouekeur for 8 years, gaining valuable experience in writing, testing and introducing recipes for a specific Living Standard Measure (LSM) group. In 2016, I accepted the position as food editor and writer for the magazine. This opportunity allowed me to gain more experience in LSM market research, creative recipe development, budgeting and managing deadlines.
