Stephanie joined Bayport on the 4th of June 2012 and held positions in the Information technology departments as a JAVA team lead and the Head of Department for the Run/Change development team. She was appointed as a Senior project manager in the Payments and Administration department early 2015 to assist with operational projects due to her IT technical knowledge, project management skills and the requirement for someone who could do business process analysis and workflow design. Stephanie contributed to a number of successful projects; most notably DebiCheck, which had to be implemented in the company within the full life cycle of the loan. She also assisted other departments when project management and her other related skills were required. She has the ability to work independently and has very good interpersonal skills which is critical for both internal and external networking on different levels. She is a well-organized, a hard worker who I can always rely on and takes accountability for projects. Stephanie always ensure that all stakeholders are well informed on project progress, set up and lead meetings as required and takes initiative. She also has a strong sense for self-development and explore new and more efficient ways in which to operate.
