I am currently studying to complete my degrees in both Industrial Psychology and People management; however, I have work experience that compensates for the lack of qualification. I am in my final year at UNISA, with a wealth of transferable skills gained from various sectors. I possess a commitment to deliver customer service and strive for excellence in every task given. I have a reputation for ensuring complete customer and employee satisfaction. I try to implement processes that are more efficient. I try to provide advice and guidance to those around me. I have relevant professional experience gained over the years, acquiring valuable insight into developing and implementing various processes. I am able to balance multiple competing priorities, having worked part-time whilst I was studying achieving strict deadlines for submission of assignments.
