MS Exchange 2010/13/16 & Online, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, ITIL, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Symantec Message Labs, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Mimecast, Exchange Online Protection, Group Policy Objects, Office 365, WSUS, Microsoft Azure, IT Service Management, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Lync 2010/13, Skype for Business, ADFS, Single Sign On, Azure AD, ADSI Edit, DirSync, SSL Certificates, FSMO Roles, Intune, ActiveSync, MAM & MDM, Modern Desktops, Records Management, Data Loss Prevention, e-Discovery, Thread Management, Azure Storage Accounts, Azure NSG’s, Azure VM’s, Azure Cost Management. o Managing Office 365 changes and train other service delivery team members, continuously monitor and report on client’s office 365 utilization and security. o Updating (Patch) Management - test and implement service packs throughout server/systems infrastructure. o Identifying security risks within Office 365 environment and services and suggest mitigations. o Managing Office 365 Enterprise Mobility + Security MDM via various services offered under Office 365 Intune. o Creation and ongoing maintenance of Office 365 policies and procedure documentation. o Maintains and support Exchange Server 2010/13/16 environments and all Messaging components. o Maintains and support Exchange Hybrid configuration. o Implement migration from Exchange Server 2010/13/16 to Office365 (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid) o Support Exchange ActiveSync Mobile devices – IOS & Android. o Designs and Implement DirSync / AADSync with password synchronisation. o Performing Disaster Recovery fail over for Exchange and Lync from primary to secondary site every monthly. o Managing and monitoring Mimecast email hygiene – Blocked/Permitted sender, SPF Records, Archiving. o Creating PowerShell scripts for running Exchange reports and automating Exchange server administration. o Managing Active Directory – GPO’s, DHCP, DNS, ADSIEdit, FSMO Roles, Objects, Sites and replication.
