Having more than 5 years of experience I have learn't the art of working smart and effectively. This also helps the client pay less because of the fewer hours. Most consultants take their time only to score lots of money from clients. I work the opposite, smart working ethics in a short space of time. After all, every intellectual knows that its not about working hard and long hours but to work smart and effectively. More than anything integrity comes first.
