I have been working as a Senior Administrator for more than 3 years for a company that deals with ECD NQF LEVEL 4 TRAININGS. I have been responsible for providing general administrative and clerical support. My responsibilities included managing records, preparing and proofreading documents, student enrollment on ETDP SETA Indicium System, printing of learner SORs, collection of student registration forms as well as relavant student documentation,ensure that certificates were allocated and assigned respectively to each and every student,drafting agendas and scheduling meetings, supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedure, arranging travel arrangements, training Junior Administrators, communicating (verbal & written) with clients and addressing their needs. This contributed to the effective and efficient functioning of the companies. Currently studying towards a Certificate in Management Principles at Boston College. The nature of my studies has prepared me very well for a position such as this one. I am now looking to progress to the next stage in my career. I’m proficient in word processing software including MS Office. I have a great deal of experience in carrying out administrative functions and managing client’s expectations. I am an effective communicator, with leadership qualities, and analytical skills. I am able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. I possess an ability to pay attention to detail.
