I am a well driven individual who is always willing to learn. Based on my academic qualification and work experience I can be a good addition to your team as I have experience in the IT Support field with a focus in customer service and configuring and maintaining of systems. My previous employment at Telkom, I gained experience as a Marketing and sales agent where I interacted with customers telephonically and via email to promote the company’s products and services. I was then moved from sales to the company’s Customer Insight department where I would gather information from client’s in order to improve the company’s service. I have also worked for a company known as Xcallibre digital solutions where I gained a lot of experience with customer services as I was employed as an IT Support Technician which meant I had to troubleshoot issues that clients were experiencing with the digital pen technology as well as troubleshoot mobile issues. I also maintained the desktops and printer, I interacted with clients personally, telephonically and via email in order to troubleshoot different issues. I was also involved in the sales department as the digital pen was sold by the company to different clients. In addition to that, I have acquired a Diploma in Information Technology Networking at Varsity College where I even studied technical problem solving using Windows systems I believe with my knowledge and experience with customer based support and services and computer literacy, I can be a great addition to your company and team.
