Academically, I'm in possession of a one year Bookkeeping diploma, Business Computing dip, certificate in PR...all acquired from Damelin. I'm also in pursuit of a three year diploma in management with Southern Business School, I'm one semester left. I started my career at a now defunct Royal Hotel on 17/04/1996 on a part-time basis as a night receptionist. On 20/05/1996 I landed a job at Ellerines Kokstad as a debt collector having been strongly recommended by my boss at Royal hotel. I quickly climbed up the corporate ladder in 1998 where my promotion to become assistant manager saw me joining Ellerines Umzimkulu. In 2000 I was persuaded to become a fully fledged branch manager in Ellerines Bizana where a number of performance accolades were awarded to me. In 2012 I joined a JD branch in Kokstad which was already earmarked for a closure. In 2012_2013 there came another award for coming fifth on return on sales. My good performance in Kokstad was recognised and rewarded with a promotion into an area managerial role in 2017 until my resignation in 2018. I'm a seasoned campaigner in the operational capacity of a branch. I have unparalleled skills in handling ir related matters. I'm a fair and firm leader.
