I am currently freelancing as the Creative Project Manager for a well established Cape Town based catering company called Dish Food & Social which also has several restaurants and venues including Cucina Labia, The Garret Bar, The Paddock Room, Side Dish Theatre Bistro and The Red Table. I oversee all creative and planning aspects of this successful and fast growing business by fashioning new innovative ways of presenting food, creating personalised menus, facilitating packing lists and maintaining quality service.
