My grade 12 physics teacher Mr Tshabalala use to say " Knowledge shared is powerful" so that built me to become a teacher to guide, and share the knowledge i have, and make the learning -teaching process fun and productive. To begin with, I've learnt many things during my teaching experience as a student teacher. I've notice that most learners are struggling with mathematics and physical sciences, especially grade 10 to grade 11. This was harsh for me to grasp because it might happened they were taught in a more assertive manner rather than a autocratic way, in so doing learners feel secured around you as an educator, they are able to ask questions base on the problem in hand or topic which is dealt with. However, when time passed by my teaching experience was fantastic, learners started understanding, getting the required results and the most important fact is they loved the mathematics as well as looked up on me. That was music to my ears.
