I am a seasoned professional with 16 years of experienced as an ENG Camera Operator and a Video Editor. I have been working as an ENG Camera Operator and field Video Editor for eTV/eNCA since 2004 January until 15 July 2019. In 2013 i became the Camera Crew Leader. As Senior ENG I was responsible for gathering broadcast quality visuals, sound, lighting and editing news packages while out on the field. I would then file the stories back to the main hub for broadcasting. I was also responsible for livestreaming of live events that were happening. As Camera Crew Leader,I was responsible for day to day running of the Camera Department, Shift Rostering, daily camera deployments, liaison with the editorial team,attending of daily diary meetings, training of interns and mentoring of the team.
