​​​​​​ I am an extremely hard working person who has basic knowledge in the field of Human Resource Management and Training Development. I did my Internship at National Development Agency where I was introduced to the practical aspect of Human Resource Management and Development such as Recruitment process, Handling Disciplinary hearing, Grievance, performance management as well as the conduction of employee training needs. I was worked as Student Invigilator where I was mainly involved in assisting the Chief invigilator with all aspects of exam distribution. I have a very excellent good organizational, motivational and communication skills and I am always striving to improve myself, I also have good knowledge and understanding of The Batho Pele Principle. I highly believe that I would embrace that challenges that this new role as to offer. I am motivated, dedicated, loyal and ambitious person who has the ability to work in team work and also able to work unsupervised and give 100% results.
