I have gained several years of experience within the Mining, Consulting, Technology, Financial Services, Energy, Construction, Non Government Organisations and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries. My working career spans 30 years within the field of HR. I've worked on consulting projects in South Africa and in the Democratic Republic of Congo and am adept at building client relationships. My extensive work experience spans Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, HR Policy, Performance Management, Surveys, Facilitation, Employee Relations, Change Management and HR Due Diligence amongst others. I have over my working career worked with various leadership teams and I am able to forge effective working relationships across the spectrum within organisations. Should any assignments become available on an interim basis, I will be able to hit the ground running and ensure delivery of the necessary results for the organisation.
