I have been employed by The Creative Counsel group which is a Sales and Marketing Company in the Wholesale and Retail sector. I occupy the post of Sales Administrator; my duties include Sales Reporting, HR functions, Training Co-Ordination; Travel Arrangements, Compliance Reports. Prior to my current post I occupied the position of a Sales Administrator for Smollan Sales and Marketing. Before my administrator post I occupy the post of an Accounts Payable Clerk for The Smollan Group as well. My total monthly payments were app. R2mil. I’ve been at Smollans since April 2012. Before Smollans I was in the employ of Masscash Holdings which is a division of Massmart Holdings. I held a number of positions during my 5 years with the company namely, Data Capturer, Buying Admin Clerk, Cash Clearing Clerk, Imports and Payments Administrator, Accounts Payable Clerk – Wholesale and finally Accounts Payable Clerk – Retail. My monthly payments for Wholesale was R25mil and R5mil for retail. Why am I suited to the position? As my experience shows my career thus far has been predominantly in administration and accounts. I have worked with large “book values” in both companies, and so handle pressure well. Both the companies I have worked for are leaders in their respective industries, and I believe that in order for them to be the best, they have to have the best (Team). I am deadline driven and never miss a deadline. I am a mature person who never gets involved in office politics or gossiping, I understand the importance of the position and that there is no margin for error and therefore channel all my energy into getting the job done correctly the first time.
