In 2002 My adult career started in the SAPS where I served for 4 years. I received the Policeman of the year award in 2005. In 2006 my path changed due to the loss of my father and I took over from him as an independent contractor and started work for National Media Circulation Services 24 and later The Times Media Group, where I remain. Over the years, I also started and ran every aspect of my own business in the motor industry with 13 staff members, which I decided to sell in order to give my undivided attention to my distribution contracts and concerning factors. My true passion however has always remained “the human connection” which lead me back to helping those I come into contact with and over the years, this had prompted me to gain qualifications and master disciplines pertaining to the understanding and development of the mind and the personal growth of those I work with. The concept of “Human Beings vs Human Doings” is also becoming more and more recognised in the business world and directly links to productivity. I excel in team work and am an effictive leader with a deiverse thought process. Indepnedent functioning, I thrive on challenges and commit myself fully to each task at hand. My personal motto is that “responsibility breeds empowerment “, with this in mind, I am extremely hands on and do not mind getting on my hands and knees to make sure that the job gets done right, efficiently and with cost effectiveness. I am a task orientated, highly motivated individual with a very adaptable personality.
