I am currently a Learning Partner for one of the 3rd largest Insurance companies in SA and the very first Level 1 BEE contributor. My responsibilities include inter alia the strategic implementation of Client Engagement Solutions (CES) SD & Transformation scorecard, L&D initiatives and Report writing (QMR, WSP, ATR). I have also been a Skills development coordinator for over 500 odd employees (within COE) and thereafter an Academy Coordinator (Actuarial and the CFA) where I administered bursaries for both employed and unemployed students. As a quality and solution driven individual with a long history of exceeding expectations through performance, I feel I would be able to contribute significantly to the ongoing performance of the company I believe that to operate effectively one must be creative, tenacious, analytical and highly dedicated.
