I have more than 10 years’ experience in customer care call centers, 8 of which was managing operations team in customer facing environments. These were in technical support for an ISP and in retail for a UK retailer. The experience has developed a strong customer focus and a desire to deliver an awesome customer experience, whether directly or through coaching my reports to deliver. I am adept at performance management and well versed at development through coaching. I also have experience as a facilities coordinator in which I managed quite a few of the non-operation aspects such as canteen and cleaning consumables and vendors for a 200 seat call center. I am able to function independently and also appreciate the value of teamwork. I am hard working with a technical inclination and a good eye for detail. My experience has allowed me to develop the versatility required to excel in any customer care environment.
