I am target driven and trustworthy. I take on each job assigned to me with enthusiasm and I take pride in learning from my challenges continuously. I really enjoy working on my own, but I am also a strong team player. I have managed the HIV Clinic for an NGO since 2009 and we had more than 5000 patients successfully on treatment at the time of my resignation. This clinic had a staff compliment of 25 people reporting to me and part of my duties were to oversee regular staff trainings, smooth running of the clinic on a daily basis, writing of reports and being the contact person for queries from other local clinics/NGO's.
