I work remotely and don't need a desk unless the client prefers working face to face. I'm a hard worker, a quick study, adaptable and always willing to go the extra mile. I’m a multi skilled individual that can be utilized in a number of industries. With more than 20 years secretarial and personal assistant experience but I'm always open to perform adhoc tasks when needed and I enjoy learning new skills. My Pastel experience makes it possible for me to assist your finance with invoice capturing (debtors and creditors on Pastel) and do account reconciliations. I’m also a Xero advisor an capture invoices, reconcile accounts. Using pivot tables to generate Excel report is also something that I’m able to do. I would also be able to assist with HR administration. My creativity is utilized designing presentation templates whether it is sales presentation or a company announcement. I create presentations with background music and narration in MS Powerpoint and convert presentations into MP4 video that can be sent clients on WhatsApp business and/or social media platforms. Website, social media design and management is another skill that I have. I’m also an effective operations manager and has always been able to find ways to reduce operational costs by finding the most cost effective service providers and suppliers. My bid management experience will make your life easier as I am able to prepare private sector and government proposals. I’ve done a lot of contract over the years and the personnel agencies I've worked with in the past have called me the Swiss Army Knife because of the vast experience I have. They were able to deploy me in almost any situation. They trusted me to work with the most difficult clients and they could count on me to remain calm under pressure and think on my feet in a crisis. I consider myself a high performance individual focussed on service excellence. I received the award for Temp Of The Year during the period that I worked with Quest Personnel in Gauteng. I was always selected to stand in for the personal assistant of Jenny Erlandsen, the Managing Director for Quest at the time. My team also received Managing Director's Service Excellence Award during the time that I was the Team Leader for the Bid Office at IBM South Africa. At that time it was the first time that a support services department received the Managing Director's Award. It was an award normally reserved for the best performing sales team. I'm a self-starter but I also love working in a team. It is the perfect environment to learn from others. I find working in a team very stimulating as it perfect opportunity to learn from others and find the best solutions when faced with high work volumes and challenges. I'm adaptable and able to streamline workflow and increase productivity.
