My name is Sanita Meyer. I am an accredited project manager (Prince 2) and certified Agile scrum master (CSM) with 20+ years’ experience in project development and program/ project management gained in a variety of industries, including: • Internet/web development and online marketing management (M-Net, Channel Manager) • Business development and proposal/ tender management (PB Power, Business De-velopment Coordinator/ Project Coordinator) • Skills and Learning Development management (Optimum Learning Technologies, Senior Project Development Manager) • Organisational Development and Talent Management Systems implementation (including e-learning solutions) (LRMG, Program Manager: People Enabling Technologies) I am currently an independent project development consultant (trading as Prescient Projects since October 2018). I provide contract-based professional services to clients in South Afri-ca, with a focus on clients in the Learning and Development industry. These services include business requirements analysis and process re-design for operational efficiency, training needs analysis and instructional design of blended learning solutions. My services extend to start-up project design, planning, and implementation, including change management. My service offering also includes providing language practitioner services as required, including digital marketing content writing, .feature article writing, proofreading and editing. My formal education started with a BA degree (English and Afrikaans Literature major, achieved Cum Laude), followed by a national diploma in Public Relations. I have also completed postgraduate professional development qualifications in Digital Marketing, Applied Organisational Development, and Instructional Design. This professional background and commitment to continual learning enable me to design, write communication messages and implement change and adoption plans that drive initiatives toward success by design. My project management approach emphasises relationship building and collaboration while maintaining the rigor of sound operations processes enabled by the effective use of systems and automation. All of my previous roles have required extensive communication and stakeholder management. Each of my roles included doing research, writing as well as proofreading and editing. This included proposal research and writing, training course instructional design and con-tent research and writing, website copywriting, and multimedia production management of project case study material. I have also invested in short courses in magazine journalism, feature article writing, proofreading, and editing. Over the past 14 months, I have also formally upskilled in current online/ social media marketing best practices and tools, including WordPress, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email subscription marketing (see the Professional Development and Skills sections of my CV please.) My personal blog, Sagacity Scribe, will launch in February 2020. My broad cross-industry knowledge and experience in implementing a variety of digital technologies and systems in large corporate settings give me the advantage of a strong conceptual understanding of current digital platforms and technologies.
