I am a highly motivated self-starter. I have 30 years of work experience in the telecommunications and other services areas. I regard myself as being a dedicated and responsible person that can function without constant supervision. I function well under pressure and can handle any situation calmly and efficiently. I am an energetic person and have an outgoing personality and enjoy working with people. I will be an asset to any company as I respect my senior colleagues and enjoy learning new things. I am a leader and like a challenge. The skills I have acquired over the years will be a source of help in any job that I apply for and I will be an asset to any company. I also believe that the customer comes first and that every customer is important. To be a successful company, customer service should be a top priority. I also believe in developing myself to be the best I can be and like to learn all aspects of my work as well as other areas of the company. By doing this I understand the function of the company as a whole and understand my function within the organization better. My leadership abilities will help me to be able to be both sympathetic and fair towards both client and employees. I have managed a staff complement of 10 people and like to be hands-on. I have also written a book which I self-published recently. I live by the motto set out in Philippians 4:13: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me”
